My Wife: The New Distance Champ
I forgot to mention that, today, my wife, for the 2nd staight year completed the The Great Lake Walk, a 56km walk/run held in Lake Cowichan BC.
My wonderful wife was able to complete the tough course over fire roads through the valley in 9:45 and some change. This time was a whopping 1.5 hours better than her time last season.
Way to go Honey!!
