This Stinks..Really Really Stinks

So I began my slow-ass training today and found myself once again with ITB pain. It is not severe but enough to notice.

I am doing the foam roller, itb/hip exercises, itb stretches and yet nothing seems to work. This sucks. If it is not over and done with soon. I am going to request the surgical repair method.

Anyhow wish me luck for the rest of the week.
